Stanley Hotel Bistro: Food and Wine in Stanley
Stanley Hotel Bistro, 19 - 21 Church Street
Our region, the north west coast, produces some of Tasmania's most renowned produce.*
At the Stanley Hotel you'll find a warm welcome and great food. The Hotel specialises in making great pub food with loads of local, fresh, fabulous, famous flavour.
Our seafood is from the clean, cold waters of Bass Strait. Bolduans Bay Oysters are fresh, plump, oysters grown in rivers filled with the world's cleanest rain water.
Our lush green farmlands are renowned for the quality of their grass fed beef, our gourmet sausages are handcrafted by local butchers who also smoke 'plate size' rainbow trout.
Our poultry is natural and free range.
Everyone knows the best potatoes come from north west Tassie. We use only the best to make crisp chips, wedges and creamy mash.
Join us for lunch or dinner on our sunny deck (some people do both), which is served everyday.
Our historic bluestone cellar is the oldest on the coast, built in the early 1840's and still holds wines at optimum temperatures. You are free to browse our extensive range of Tasmanian and mainland wines, premium Tasmanian beer and a great range of spirits.
On our bistro menu we have selected from the cellar a great range of wines for you to enjoy on the premises.
Our trained staff will be happy to help you with your selection.
